Cultural Insight
Eric: Now it's time for a quick cultural insight.
Yaara: When answering the phone, Israelis say "halo?". This is the Israeli version of "Hello" in English, but we use it only when speaking on the phone - in person, Israelis will not greet each other with "halo".
If someone calls you when you're busy, you can tell them "ani akhzor elekha akhar kakh" - which means "I'll get back to you later". This is casual, but not rude.

Outro

Eric: And that’s all for this lesson and this series. Don’t forget to check out the lesson notes, and we’ll see you in another series!
