Listeners, this lesson was about the five senses in Hebrew. Can you make a sentence using one of the new verbs you learned today? We'll correct them for you below!

Hi Shelley,

Thanks for taking the time and commenting and sharing your work!

The sentence "Tomorrow a large group of tourists will arrive at the hotel." does not require an "et" - where would you think an "את" could go here? The proposition here is "ל" (part of "למלון" - to the hotel).

Great work on your translations! 👍👍😮very poetic and beautiful sentences! allow me to correct a few mistakes - 😉

They listen/listened to the rustle of the dry leaves.

.הם מקשיבים /הקשיבו לרשרוש של *העלים* היבשים

We smell/smelled her sweet perfume.

אנחנו מריחים/הרחנו את בושמה *המתוק*

You taste/tasted the hot sweet potatoes.

אתן *טועמות/טעמתן* את *הבטטות* החמות

You touch/touched his soft golden hair.

את נוגעת/נגעת *בשיערו* *הזהוב* *הרך*

Please note that in case of multiple adjectives for an articles nouns, the noun as well as all of the adjectives are being articled with "ה".

Otherwise - terrific! 😄😄 Keep up the great work! ❤️️❤️️

Best,

Roi

Sholom Roi, The sentence under the word tourist in the vocabulary has a sentence about a large group of tourists arriving. Why is that sentence correct without an "et"? It feels like it should have one. Thanks for your help.

Hi JD,

Sorry for the late answer and thank you for the feedback.

We are still working on the Grammar Bank.

If you try to enter the verb that you are interested in, in the "Search Lessons and Dictionaries" field (on the top right corner of this page), you should be able to find all of the contents related.

I hope this helps!

Is there anywhere on the site that shows all of the verb conjugations? It would be very helpful to know how to say verbs for anyone and not just the male, or female, etc in the examples given.
